Company History

Strathallen Capital Corporation was formed in mid 2003 after the dissolution of a previous company which was co-founded and developed by Strathallen principals and a third principal. This prior business traded commercial real estate focusing on value-add projects across Canada, executing more than 100 transactions and completing over $500 million in total transaction value for a consistent return in excess of 20% for investors.

Since commencing operations as Strathallen Capital Corp., our team has acquired numerous retail, office and industrial properties including an industrial complex in a high profile industrial region of Southern Ontario. We have also participated in commercial high yield mortgage lending activity in conjunction with Romspen Investment Corp, Ontario's largest provider of non-institutional mortgage funds for commercial properties. We continue to build business in tailored vehicles for our clients—view examples of projects and services.

Corporate Structure

The Company operates its asset management and administrative services through Strathallen Capital Corp.

Within the Strathallen Acquisitions Inc. arm of the group, the Company evaluates and pursues strategic investment opportunities, building upon its strong proprietary transaction pipeline to find value for its investors. The Company conducts all acquisition activity through Strathallen Acquisitions Inc. as a remote shell vehicle.

As a registered and licensed real estate broker, Strathallen Realty Services has historically provided mortgage brokerage and syndication services.

The Strathallen Property Management Inc. division currently manages those properties geographically located close to the GTA where there are a limited number of tenants and where it is essential to maintain direct tenant contact to secure and enhance property value.

The Company directs Pension Fund investment vehicles through:

• Strathallen Retail Property LP No. 2

and private equity investment vehicles through:

• Strathallen Industrial Property LP No. 1.
