Company History

Since commencing operations as Strathallen Capital Corp in 2003 our team has assembled several pooled institutional investment funds for both retail and industrial investments.  Strathallen’s client base includes pension funds, major corporations and individuals.

As of 2011, Strathallen manages 36 assets exceeding $550 million in value, over 5.5 million square feet and 167 acres of development land.

We continue to identify specific opportunities for our clients—view examples of projects and services.

Corporate Structure

The Company operates its asset management and administrative services through Strathallen Capital Corp.

Within the Strathallen Acquisitions Inc. arm of the group, the Company evaluates and pursues strategic investment opportunities, building upon its strong proprietary transaction pipeline to find value for its investors. The Company conducts all acquisition activity through Strathallen Acquisitions Inc.

As a registered and licensed real estate broker, Strathallen Realty Services has historically provided mortgage brokerage, leasing and syndication services.

Strathallen Property Management Inc. currently manages all of Strathallen’s assets, excluding those located in Quebec, maintaining direct tenant contact to secure and enhance property value.

Development and Leasing

Strathallen benefits from an in-house development and leasing team.  Experience has demonstrated that having in house capabilities allow us complete control over our assets under management.  We rely on third parties for validation and technical expertise.

Our development team has the skill set to complete an entire development from start to finish.  We have an understanding of each step involved including site selection, market analysis, financing, leasing and construction.

Our leasing team has an established network of retail tenants and broker contacts across the country.  Our relationships are extensive and we are in constant contact with numerous national tenants.  Marketing is handled in-house producing both attractive and cost-effective brochures, online property marketing packages and other marketing materials helping us to attract prospective retailers.
