President |
Laetitia is President of Strathallen Capital Corp. and is also a founding member of the Company. As President, she provides excellent leadership and guidance while executing the Company’s strategic plan. Laetitia plays a key role in dealing with Strathallen’s Investor Client relations and drives the efficiency and effectiveness of Strathallen’s overall operation.
Laetitia has a principal role in management of senior executives as well as giving tactical direction to Strathallen Property Management Inc., the property management arm of Strathallen Capital Corp.
Since 2000 Laetitia has been an active participant in the real estate industry with a progression of increasing responsibilities in executive roles. Laetitia’s prior positions include various financial reporting roles at Caber Capital Inc., KPMG, and as an Internal Auditor of an Australian public Company. Laetitia holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Cross University, Lismore, Australia, and is also a certified Chartered Accountant.

Chief Investment Officer |
Chris Hatto is the Chief Investment Officer of Strathallen, and since joining the Company in 2005 he has continued to build an extensive knowledge base in the real estate investment field. At Strathallen, he looks over all investment decisions including the acquisition and disposition of properties and capital investments in existing assets. He is also responsible for the overall performance of property pooled funds and individual assets. Chris plays a key role at Strathallen in shaping the future expansion of various business lines and provides strategic input at various levels. He is extremely meticulous, and is known for his ability to spot investment opportunities early and converting them into profitable ventures.
Before joining Strathallen, Chris worked at the specialty funds and private equity group of Bentall Capital, where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, analysis and client reporting. He is also a registered professional engineer and has had a career stint as a construction manager and design engineer in California. Chris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an M.Sc. in Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

Chris Ross
Senior Vice President |
Chris Ross is Senior Vice President for Strathallen. Throughout his career in the past twelve years Chris has participated in billions of dollars of successful real estate transactions. At Strathallen, he is responsible for expanding private client investment activities by adding to Strathallen's base of equity capital and identifying appropriate investment properties for private clients. Chris is also the President of C2C Industrial Properties Inc., which is a publically traded real estate corporation that owns and operates income producing industrial properties in markets across Canada. Strathallen has been appointed Asset Manager for C2C Industrial Properties Inc.
Before joining the Strathallen team, Chris held various positions in the real estate industry including working as a member of the National Investment Team for CB Richard Ellis. Chris is a CFA Charter holder, having completed the third level of the program. Chris also holds a BA in Economics from McGill University, and is currently pursuing the MBA program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Vice President
Western Canada |
Monika is Vice President of Western Canada at Strathallen and brings over 15 years of real estate industry experience to her role at the Company. She is responsible for the asset management, operation of and development of the Company’s properties in Western Canada. Monika also plays a key role in the development of new business opportunities in Western Canada.
Prior to joining Strathallen, Monika garnered a rich experience in the real estate industry in various positions. She worked with GWL Realty Advisors in several roles over her career spanning nine years with them. She was involved in various areas including; asset management, leasing and acquisitions, and was the Director of Portfolio Management for the GWL’s largest client, the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. In addition to GWL, Monika has worked with Cumberland Consulting Corporation and Richard Ellis Canada Inc., where she gathered experience in real estate consulting and valuation. Monika holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Brian is a Director and founder of Strathallen Capital and brings more than 30 years of real estate industry experience to his role at the Company. Brian offers his expertise to institutional and private equity investors on a wide range of real estate investment and management areas with a primary focus on acquisitions and dispositions. His extensive experience in the industry includes development, syndication, mortgage finance, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets and corporate administration. Brian has been instrumental in facilitating more than $1 billion of opportunistic industrial, office and retail real estate transactions as an advisor for domestic pension funds and a major private foreign investor. With his vast experience and deep knowledge of the industry, he has helped countless clients achieve their desired returns.
Prior to Strathallen, he has been a founding member and senior corporate executive of several real estate companies including Scarcliffe Inc. (acquired by Wood Gundy), Richard Ellis Canada Inc. and Caber Capital Inc. Brian holds a business degree from Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

David is a Director and founder of Strathallen Capital and brings to the table more than 30 years of real estate experience including; corporate administration, mortgage finance, capital markets, asset management, syndication, acquisitions, dispositions and sales management. At Strathallen, David helps institutional and private equity investors in the areas of corporate administration, capital raising activities and debt financing. Through his extensive career, he has advised several Canadian pension funds and a major private foreign investor in carrying out opportunistic transactions of more than $1 billion in retail, commercial and industrial space. His acute financial acumen and expertise in real estate financing has helped a number of his clients meet and exceed their real estate objectives.
Before Strathallen, David has served as a senior corporate executive and also founded several real estate companies including Coldwell Banker Canada Inc. (the predecessor of CBRE), Scarcliffe Inc. (acquired by Wood Gundy), Richard Ellis Canada Inc. and Caber Capital Inc. David holds an MBA from the York University.

Vice President Asset Management |
Andy brings over 30 years of experience to his role as a Vice President of Asset Management with Strathallen. He has a wide ranging experience in the Canadian real estate industry, having worked in areas of general management, asset management and financial administration with Strathallen and various other organizations in the past. Andy effectively applies his years of experience and a wealth of industry knowledge in delivering exceptional yield enhancing management of properties. At Strathallen, he oversees a mix of retail and industrial assets and helps the Company achieve its investment goals on those real estate projects.
Andy, before joining Strathallen, worked with several institutions across Canada. Through his career, he has been involved in all areas of the real estate industry including; development, construction, acquisition, disposition and syndication. Before Strathallen, Andy had been instrumental in the orderly disposition of real estate assets worth more that $500 million across Canada, the United States and Bermuda.

Lawrence is a Vice President of Asset Management at Strathallen and brings over 13 years of commercial real estate industry experience to his role as an Asset Manager. He is a seasoned executive with wide-ranging experience in the retail leasing sector and plays an important role in maintaining Strathallen properties. Lawrence is responsible for a number of industrial and retail properties in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Before joining the Strathallen team, Lawrence was an Asset Manager with Slate Properties, where he was responsible for a property portfolio of over 3.2 million square feet across Canada. He has also held various positions with Rogers, O & Y Enterprise, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Lawrence holds an MBA from York University with a specialization in Real Estate.

Vice President Development |
Grant is the Vice President of Development at Strathallen and brings to the Company 22 years of experience in the real estate industry not just in Canada, but also in the United States and South Africa. He is an expert in the areas of; site selection, development management, portfolio and asset management, leasing, acquisitions and appraisals. Grant is involved in a number of business development activities and drives key development and construction projects at Strathallen.
Prior to Strathallen, Grant co-managed a business unit that was responsible for development and re-development of more than 35 active retail shopping centers. These projects involved development of over 11 million square feet and property valued at around $3 billion. He has also worked in numerous capacities ranging from Director to Vice President at Dundee Realty Corporation, Arthur Andersen Real Estate Advisory Services, Brookfield Properties Ltd, Smart Centres and Morguard Investments Ltd. Grant is accredited with the internationally recognized MRICS (Valuations) designation.

Eileen is a Controller at Strathallen and brings over 7 years of experience in real estate accounting, management and development to her role at the Company. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, and oversees the accounting department and is responsible for the financial reporting for Strathallen.
Before Strathallen, she worked in the capacity of Accounting Supervisor of Pen Equity's Property Management and Development Group, and was responsible for the financial reporting of retail assets of more that 1.5 million square feet. At Pen Equity Realty Corp., she was also involved with the development of urban and suburban entertainment centrums. Prior to that, Eileen started her career with Oxford Properties Group Inc., where she was involved with property management accounting of several high profile commercial and redevelopment assets. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from University of Toronto and is currently pursuing her CMA designation.

Leasing Manager |
Jessica is the Leasing Manager of Strathallen and has been with the Company since 2006. She actively manages multiple responsibilities at the Company. Jessica is responsible for Commercial Retail Unit (CRU) leasing in both strip center and enclosed mall properties. She also looks after corporate marketing and public relations for the Company. Strathallen’s website and social media presence is overseen and managed by her, along with the Company’s participation at the ICSC Conferences across Canada.
Jessica is instrumental in fostering Strathallen's strong relationships with national retailers for which she participates in a number of programs and reaches out to them through appropriate channels. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the ICSC Next Generation program planning committee. Jessica is also a licensed real estate sales representative and is currently pursuing her real estate broker license.
