Strathallen is working towards a redevelopment of part of 1000 Islands Mall in Brockville, Ontario to allow for a new anchor tenant. The 275,000 sf enclosed centre is anchored by Shoppers Drug Mart, Galaxy Cinemas, Sears and Staples and has Highway 401 exposure. Other tenants include Kelsey's, RBC, Ardene, Le Chateau, Carlton Cards and Foot Locker. The mall is located along Parkedale Avenue, which is a main retail node in Brockville and is across from the 1000 Islands Secondary School.
