On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen has closed on 444 Bathurst Street, Toronto, ON, a two storey mixed use building situated on 14,005 square feet of land on the western Downtown Toronto fringe.  The building is 18,483 SF, with 10,643 square feet at grade (retail/industrial) and 7,840 square feet of office space on the upper level.

The property is located on the west side of Bathurst Street, just to the south of College Street.  The building is currently occupied by HD Supply Company of Canada on the ground floor and an office tenant on the upper level.   This acquisition represents significant upside opportunity through mid to long term redevelopment and intensification opportunities.
