On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen has closed on 575 Conestoga Boulevard, Cambridge, Ontario, a single tenant industrial building situated on 12.72 acres of land.  The building is approximately 87,530 s.f. at a high profile corner location, enjoying exposure to heavily traveled Pinebush Road.

The Property is located in the oldest and most established industrial park in Cambridge, the LG Lovell Industrial Park. Positioned on the southeast corner at the intersection of Conestoga Boulevard and Pinebush Road, it is a short distance to the east of Hespler Road (Highway 24) which connects with Highway 401.

The Property also benefits from secondary access to the 401 via Townline Road, situated just to the east.  This location benefits from exposure to the traffic generated by Cambridge’s prominent power center located to the north and west, which includes Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Rona and Canadian Tire.
