On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen has acquired a portfolio of four retail properties totaling in excess of 200,000 square feet.
Two properties are located in the Edmonton, Alberta area and two are located in the Greater Toronto Area. The portfolio combines a stable income stream with growth potential through redevelopment and leasing. |
