Strathallen Completes Retail Acquisition in Granby, Quebec

On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen has acquired 100 rue Ste. Jude, Granby, Quebec.  The Property is an 114,259 sf single tenant retail building on 10.6 acres leased to Zellers.  Situated in the middle of the big box retail node in Granby, the Property’s neighboring retailers include Walmart, Home Depot, Loblaws, Future Shop, Canadian Tire and RONA.  This is the tenth acquisition for Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 2.
