Located at the entrance to the dominant power center shopping node in Bayers Lake, the Property has a prominent position at the entrance and is shadow anchored by Costco, Walmart, Loblaws Atlantic Superstore, and Kent Building Supplies.

The Property is 100% leased to national and regional tenants.

This investment represents the first acquisition for Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 3.
