Strathallen Capital Corp. is pleased to welcome John Braus as VP of Asset Management.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, John brings with him over 20 years of experience in real estate. At Strathallen, John oversees a portfolio of over a million square feet, focusing on their overall value and potential.

Laetitia Pacaud has been appointed to the position of President, Strathallen Capital Corp. This is an exciting event for both Laetitia and Strathallen as it reflects the Company’s desire to move forward on a solid footing in the hands of capable and motivated executives.

Recently, Strathallen was appointed as Asset Manager for C2C (Coast to Coast) Industrial Properties Inc., a publicly listed (TSX Venture) company specializing in industrial property investments.  C2C will focus on acquiring and operating income producing and growth orientated industrial property investments in major Canadian markets.

In December  2010, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed and closed Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 3 (SRPF 3), an investment vehicle comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund investors to be managed by Strathallen.
