Recently, Strathallen was appointed as Asset Manager for C2C (Coast to Coast) Industrial Properties Inc., a publicly listed (TSX Venture) company specializing in industrial property investments. C2C will focus on acquiring and operating income producing and growth orientated industrial property investments in major Canadian markets. In its capacity as asset manager, Strathallen will support C2C through application of the resources in its national operating platform including; service providers, brokers and other advisors active in Strathallen’s retail property operations.
