Strathallen Capital Corp. is pleased to welcome John Braus as VP of Asset Management.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, John brings with him over 20 years of experience in real estate. At Strathallen, John oversees a portfolio of over a million square feet, focusing on their overall value and potential.

 Before joining Strathallen, John worked with one of Canada’s largest private retail landlords on a diverse range of retail/commercial projects including mixed-use, shopping centers, land development and joint ventures, and has also worked for some of the country’s major retailers. His experience includes leasing, development, acquisitions, and overall strategy and execution of real estate projects.

John has a strong knowledge of the Canadian retail real estate landscape and this extends through to a solid understanding of retailers and their real estate requirements.
