Strathallen Property Management Inc. is pleased to welcome Danielle Lavoie as Vice President, Property Management.

Danielle brings to the company over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked with major real estate owners, managers and developers.

Prior to joining Strathallen, she was vice president of a national property management firm where she led a team of professionals responsible for providing third party property management services in Eastern Canada for a wide range of national clients, with a mixed portfolio comprising retail, office and industrial properties.

Danielle was called to the Québec Bar in 1993, is a certified management accountant (CPA, CMA) and a licensed real estate broker.  She is involved in industry associations; she is currently the chair of the program committee of ICSC Québec and was a member of the executive board of CREW Montréal for six years, where she was President in 2010. She is an active member of BOMA, UDI Quebec and a member of the planning committee of the Grand Masquerade 2012, an event benefiting the Fondation immobilière de Montréal pour les jeunes.

Danielle will be responsible for setting up a new operational platform for Strathallen in Québec and will work closely with the executive team on various other property management projects across the country.
