On behalf of its Investor Clients Strathallen is pleased to announce the disposition of a retail property on Dundas Street in Woodstock, Ontario.  At time of sale, the Property consisting of 41,000 SF in two buildings, was 100% occupied.

On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen has successfully completed the profitable disposition of an open air retail centre on Wellington Street in Bracebridge, Ontario.  During its four years of ownership Strathallen successfully increased the property income by renewing existing tenants at higher lease rates and leasing vacancy to national tenants new to the centre.

This is the third disposition for Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 1.
