On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen successfully completed the profitable disposition of Frontier Mall, a retail centre comprising an enclosed shopping mall and three free standing pads with a total GLA of 207,000 SF in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.
Strathallen redeveloped the property in 2007 to enhance the draw to the centre. Activities included executing a new 15 year lease and constructing a unit for Prairie North Health Region, a 21,000 SF community health clinic, in addition to completing an expansion for Shoppers Drug Mart. The property is the first disposition from Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 1. |
