On behalf of its Investor Clients, Strathallen successfully completed the profitable disposition of a single-tenant retail property on Victoria Park in Toronto.  The Property has a 21,144 SF freestanding grocery store situated on a 1.99 acre site.

The property is the first disposition from Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 2.
