Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 2

In June 2008, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed and closed Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 2 (SRPF 2), an investment vehicle comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund investors to be managed by Strathallen.

The SRPF 2 mandate is to invest in Canadian retail properties in the following three categories:

  1. Core properties with leasing upside
  2. Properties with redevelopment potential
  3. Developments

The portfolio will have a stable of core properties and will include a value-add component for yield enhancement. Over the investment period, the Fund will have capacity to acquire in excess of $200 million in assets.

On behalf of the SRPF 2 Partnership, Strathallen is currently pursuing several projects across the country which fall within the Fund's buying parameters.
