We identify investment property opportunities across Canada, complete due diligence, acquire, finance, manage the investment and when appropriate for our investor clients, organize the disposition of the project. Our experience includes office, retail and industrial properties. Equity investors include pension funds, corporations and individuals.

In our role as Asset Managers of equity investments we have overseen projects on behalf of pension funds, major corporations and individuals. As a rule, the Principals of Strathallen have been co-investors in projects, demonstrating their commitment to creating successful ventures.

In addition to our single-property investment structures, we currently have two Property Funds in our portfolio:

  Comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund investors and grocery and/or drug store anchored retail properties

  Comprised of private investors focusing on Central Canada Industrial assets
