Terra Attard is the Principal Chief Operating Officer of Strathallen. Terra is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in multi-asset classes throughout Canada and the United States. Terra’s experience spans from her work in public, private, and pension organizations. She has also served as a Trustee for a TSX listed REIT. At Strathallen, Terra works collectively on investments, including acquisitions and dispositions, and oversees the asset management, property management, construction /development, marketing, as well as human resources and administration functions.
